Authorized CSU Affiliates
Our affiliates partner with us operating under the laws of their own countries. All degrees are offered through CapStone University itself with the local educational support of our affiliates. Besides our long time partner ISSAD in Vietnam, we have recently taken on additional partners. Golden Silver Star Co. and International Student Recruitment Services have recently signed contracts with us to represent us. They are authorized to recruit students and open study centers in Singapore, Thailand, and Myanmar.

We have NO authorized representatives in Hong Kong or Macau. If you wish to enroll you must directly contact the US office. If you need a transcript you must contact our US office. Transcripts for the period 2000-2008 and bearing the code ABMA must be turned in to receive a valid transcript. For Hong Kong only all transcript issued between 2000-2008 must have an embossed gold seal stamped with the University name in order to be valid.
